Dr. Le attended the University of Utah School of Medicine. He was honored as the best medical student in surgery and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. During his time in medical school, Dr. Le worked as a clinical microbiologist at the ARUP Microbiology Lab, earning his MD in May 2004.

Dr. Le worked as a resident within the University of Utah General Surgery Program and conducted research on post-operative antibiotic usage in non-perforated appendicitis. He has worked as a general surgeon on the medical staff of Jordan Valley Medical Center prior to joining the staff at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. Dr. Le provides a wide variety of surgical services, and is skilled in laparoscopic procedures.

Dr. Le is fluent in Vietnamese, including Vietnamese medical terminology.
